  • To sign up simply schedule a demo call with one of our team and we will walk you through the sign up process.

  • Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and can be made via bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, customers will be promptly set up on the app.

  • Subscriptions cannot be terminated before the end of the 12-month period. To cancel your subscription, kindly email us at account@micromobilityplanner.com before your renewal date, which occurs at the end of your 12-month period.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We strive to provide the best service possible, but once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable.
